Brennan's Smash Burgers began with a simple goal - to bring Authentic American smash burgers to our local community here in Dalkeith.​

We've always had a passion for street food.

The atmosphere, the excitement, the personal touch you get when you speak directly to the people cooking your meal.

We wanted to bring that energy to Dalkeith but with our own twist: no shortcuts, no compromises.

After years of planning ,saving, tasting, testing, and sourcing the best local products, we launched Brennan's. 

it wasn't easy - early mornings, late nights and long days prepping everything from scratch -  but we believed in what we were building. 

And our customers believed in us too.

Word spread fast. People started travelling from outside Midlothian just to try our burgers. Our beef dripping fries inspired by Lee's Papa Brennan became a firm favourite. Our hotdogs & grilled cheese built their own fanbase. But above all, people fell in love with the experience.

We've been blown away by the support. Our community, our regulars, and our incredible reviews are what keep us pushing every day.

Seeing people smile when they taste our food never gets old  - that's why we do it.

 

Today, Brennan's continues to grow, and we are excited for what comes next: new menu items, an ordering system, and now.. a website to share our journey.
